Prefire only reads public match data and changes how the FACEIT website looks in your browser. It never touches the game, CS2 files or FACEIT's anti-cheat, so there's nothing for the anti-cheat to flag.
No. Prefire works the moment you install it. An optional free API key from FACEIT's developer portal gives it its own rate limit, which helps on very busy evenings.

No. Stats stream in card by card, everything is cached, and Prefire does nothing on pages where it has nothing to show.
