What Prefire is
Prefire for FACEIT is a free browser extension that adds player stats, win chance, smurf signals, map veto help and lobby tools to faceit.com. This policy covers the extension and this website, prefire.win. Prefire is made by begi and is not affiliated with FACEIT or Valve.
What the extension sends to Prefire's server

What stays in your browser
Your settings, an optional FACEIT API key, cached player stats, your server pings and the Ban tracker list are saved in your browser's extension storage. They never leave your device, except that the API key is sent to FACEIT's own API when Prefire uses it.
What Prefire reads from FACEIT
Prefire reads public match and player data from faceit.com: rosters, recent match stats, lifetime stats, profiles and ban status. It uses your existing faceit.com session only to find out who you are, so it can show your own session and your record with other players. Prefire never reads or stores your password, chat, payment details or anything outside faceit.com.
This website
- Page views: which page was opened, the site that sent you here (domain only), and install-button clicks, counted per day.
- Visitor count: a random ID saved in your browser's local storage so one person isn't counted twice in a day.
- Feedback form: your message, its type, and an optional FACEIT nickname, Discord username or Discord ID if you choose to add one. It's delivered to the developer through a private Discord webhook. A one-way hash of your IP address is stored to enforce the one-message-per-24-hours limit.
- Supporter badges: if you donate and share your FACEIT nickname, that nickname is saved so your badge turns gold. PayPal or the blockchain handle the payment itself; Prefire never sees your card or wallet details. Prefire reads its own public crypto addresses to see incoming donations.
- No cookies, no ads, no Google Analytics, no third-party trackers.
Who else handles data
- Cloudflare runs Prefire's server and stores the data above.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Discord delivers feedback messages to the developer.
- FACEIT serves the match and player data Prefire shows you.
Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising, and nothing is used to decide anyone's creditworthiness or for any purpose unrelated to Prefire.
Your choices
- Remove Prefire from your browser at any time. That deletes everything it saved on your device.
- Turn individual features off in the Prefire popup.
- Your nickname drops off Prefire's server 30 days after your last visit.
- To have something deleted sooner, or to ask a question, use the feedback form and include your FACEIT nickname.
Children
Prefire is meant for FACEIT players and follows FACEIT's own age requirements. It doesn't knowingly collect anything from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too, and anything important is listed in the update log.
